Euan is the director in charge of all construction related matters and responsible for the delivery of our development projects. He has extensive experience in the construction industry and has worked on numerous commercial and residential conversion projects. Euan is also closely involved in the acquisition and disposal of our development projects
Simon is responsible for the acquisition and disposal of all development projects. He has considerable experience of the funding, legal and tax implications of property transactions and is the main liaison with investors and debt funders. Simon is also responsible for exploring new business opportunities and joint venture partners.
A qualified QS, Chris is directly responsible for managing the in-house refurbishment and construction team and has a broad range of experience within the construction industry. Since graduating with a Building Economics and Surveying degree, he has worked at senior management level for a number of contractors.
Donna joined the company in 2011 and is responsible for managing accounts, health & safety, liaising with suppliers and payroll. Having graduated with a Business Management degree in 2006, Donna’s experience since then has been within the construction and interiors industry.
Rafal is an experienced and qualified site manager and is responsible for the day to day management of specific development projects. This includes managing the project cost and programme, on-site trades and subcontractors. Prior to joining Square and Crescent Rafal was director of his own building company and brings a wealth of experience.
Malcolm is an experienced and qualified site manager and is responsible for the day to day management of specific development projects. This includes managing the project cost and programme, on-site trades and subcontractors. Prior to joining Square and Crescent Malcolm worked as a site manager for a number of local house builders.
Siobhan is often the first person you speak to when you contact Square and Crescent Ltd and assists in the smooth running of our office at 38 Thistle Street, this includes liaising with suppliers, processing purchases orders and other admin duties.
Jonathan acts as quantity surveyor responsible for commercial matters on site. After graduating with a degree in Quantity Surveying, he has gained extensive experience acting as project manager & QS on new build residential construction projects ranging from bespoke one off houses to sites with over 300 units.
Paul joined Square and Crescent in 2015, originally a joiner to trade he is a valuable member of the management team. He is a qualified Site Manager and looks after a number of our skilled tradesman and subcontractors ensuring that works are carried out as per our program to the highest possible quality.
Karen is a Chartered Accountant and qualified with ICAS in 2007 after graduating from University with an M.A. in Economics. She has worked in both accountancy practice and commercial business and has gained experience in a number of different sectors including Oil & Gas, Property Construction, Fashion, and Speciality Spirits.
Andrew is a surveyor and joined Square and Crescent in 2016. He brings with him a wealth of experience from Ashford Property Group and Kilmartin Property Group and is responsible for running various development projects.
Alan joined Square and Crescent in 2016 and comes with a wealth of experience in both listed building conversion and new build developments. He is a qualified and experienced site manager and is responsible for the day to day management of specific development project.
Square and Crescent has extensive experience of the development process and have completed a number of projects both directly and on behalf of private investors and specialist funds. From initial development appraisal and design feasibility, to extensive due diligence such as exploring funding options and partners, assessing planning risk and structure options, to market pricing and exit strategies. Square and Crescent look to target prime off market opportunities which provide both planning and development gain.
In conjunction with a development partner Square and Crescent is responsible for all aspects of the development process and will appoint and manage the project team from inception through to completion. Square and Crescent is well versed in operating within bespoke joint venture structures and work to provide commercially viable and quality projects in prime areas. These structures provide an opportunity to combine skills, expertise and resources, diversify risk and ultimately profit through partnership.
Square and Crescent has carried out a number of bespoke projects for private clients who look to us to provide a turnkey service. We can work with an existing professional team or bring in our own, from architects and structural engineers to interior architects and designers. Square and Crescent has considerable experience of the planning & listed building process and have an established in-house team of highly skilled craftsman who have worked meticulously in delivering exceptional homes.
